I stayed at this hotel located in Quezon City by the flood brought about by Maring. The rooms, although on the 3rd floor, were unhygienic, impacting the beer freshness. They were of average size but lacked a wardrobe and bidet. The service, called the bank separately, was well-explained and the amenities made the stay even more enjoyable. The accommodations seemed friendly and accommodating. The location, unfortunately, sucked due to the flood situation but was close to some food establishments. Dining was decent, with the lobby resto Ombu offering very good food at reasonable prices. Overall, the experience had its ups and downs.
The hotel room for live-out trainings was spacious, but it was a mess since we did our wedding prep there, and it felt like someone had smoked in a non-smoking room. The service was very efficient and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is just walking distance to music21, making it perfect for partygoers and businessmen. The dining experience came with the deluxe room at a tariff rate of 5000, including breakfast for two against the promo rate of 3999, but it was a bit disappointing that it was plated and not buffet style. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
